Who verified this director — and when?
Companies House records identity verification per officer, including where an Authorised Corporate Service Provider carried out the check. Verivello reads it straight off the register.
What the register shows
Verification status per officer
Each director and PSC shown as verified with a date, or not on record — read live from Companies House when you search.
The ACSP that verified
Where verification went through an Authorised Corporate Service Provider, the register names the firm and Verivello shows it.
Who has not verified
Officers with no completed verification are surfaced plainly. Not proof of wrongdoing, but on an active company it is a question worth asking.

Frequently asked
What is an ACSP?
An Authorised Corporate Service Provider — a firm registered with Companies House to carry out identity verification on its behalf. In practice these are usually accountancy practices, law firms and company formation agents.
Can I see which ACSP verified a director?
Where the register records it, yes. Verivello shows the verifying firm alongside the verification date, for example “Verified 16 July 2025 via DE PINNA LLP ACSP”.
What does “not on record” mean?
Companies House is not currently showing a completed identity verification for that officer. Verification is a rolling requirement, so there can be innocent reasons including timing. Treat it as a question to ask, not a conclusion to draw.
Does Verivello verify identities?
No. Verivello reports what the Companies House register shows about verification. Carrying out verification is done by Companies House directly or by an authorised ACSP.
Is it free to check?
Yes — identity verification status is shown on the free plan alongside company status, officers and ownership.
