About Verivello.

What we do

Verivello is a UK company-intelligence platform. We bring together information from public registers and open-source records — including Companies House, the FCA and ICO registers, the Gazette, insolvency and sanctions sources, Land Registry and court and tribunal sources where applicable — and make it instantly searchable in one place.

Search any UK company or director the moment they are registered, explore complete profiles, ask the Vera AI assistant your questions in plain English whenever you need one to share.

Who we serve

Verivello is built for businesses and professionals who want a clearer picture before dealing with a UK company — accountants, bookkeepers, consultants, landlords, recruiters, suppliers, investors and business owners carrying out practical background checks.

Our tools support due diligence and onboarding, but they are not a substitute for legal advice, regulated credit checks, formal AML/KYC certification or professional investigations.

Live data, in plain English

UK company information is public, but it is scattered across different websites, filings, PDFs and specialist registers. Verivello pulls it together in real time — so you can search any company the moment it is registered, see filing patterns, previous names, director histories, ownership, charges and regulator checks in one view.

The Vera AI assistant reads the public record for you and answers in plain English, so you can quickly understand a company and share what you find with your team, bank or solicitor.

Data protection & compliance

Verivello Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC138208) and handles personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We present information from public registers and publicly available sources. We do not alter official records, and where we add summaries or notes we present them as our own observations based on the sources reviewed. Verivello is not a credit reference agency — we do not provide credit scores, ratings or creditworthiness assessments.

Customers are responsible for using information lawfully and proportionately, including under UK GDPR where personal data is involved.
